I’m Jo Jackson, a British watercolour artist inspired by movement, water, and the beauty of the natural world. Based in the UK, I create original paintings that reflect calm, flow, and quiet emotion.
My creative roots go back to art college, where I studied photography and printmaking. I’ve worked in galleries, run a design studio, and spent many years teaching swimming—always drawn to water, in both life and art. In 2024, I returned to painting and found my voice in the fluidity of watercolour.
I love creating bespoke pieces that tell a personal story. Whether it’s a favourite place, a beloved pet, a memory from a gig, or a tribute to someone you love, I’d be honoured to create something meaningful just for you.
I also work on book covers and illustration projects. A recent collaboration was with author Jill Lincoln on D.E.V.I.L: (Dagan Egin Valac Incubus Lilith), where I translated her synopsis and vision into a bold, expressive cover image that captured the book’s unique tone and depth.
